Our weekly classes will resume on Monday 19th February 2024 and will be held at Louth Trinity Church Hall. See the timetable for classes and times. You can pre-book to secure your place or pay as you go for £10 per class.
My mats will be sanitised before/after each class (Please bring your own mat if possible)

Bringing greater awareness and connection to mother and baby. This 6 week yoga course is designed specifically for pregnant mums to help prepare mothers to cope with the emotional, physical and mental changes within their bodies and prepare them for motherhood. Using poses, relaxation and breathing exercises to help guide you through the stages of pregnancy, birth and beyond.
A beautiful healing and strengthening group for parents and their baby. Gentle yoga poses, space to talk and share experiences finishing with a calming and positive relaxation for you and your baby. Suitable from birth. Please bring a blanket for the relaxation. Bring a sling if you wish to join in with the yoga whilst your baby sleeps. You are welcome to just sit and relax or take part as much or as little as you wish.
A beautiful yoga class suitable for the whole family. A non-competitive environment allowing children to grow in confidence and self-esteem. Using mindful movement, breathing and meditation, allowing time for you and your child to be present, connect and relax. The class is finished with a meditation, mindfulness moment and positive affirmations. I am DBS checked and fully insured.
I can build you your own personal fitness routine based around your short term and long term goals. I am a qualified Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutrition & Weight Management Specialist with a City & Guilds qualification with REPS Level 3 status. This covers everything from anatomy, physiology, nutrition, weight management, torso training, core stability and nutrition for sport and exercise.
Eating the correct food and correct amount of micronutrients is essential to live a happy healthy life. I am a fully qualified Nutrition and Weight Management Specialist. I want to help people become physically fit through exercise and yoga. Food should be enjoyed and seen as medicine to fuel, repair and heal your body. Even a few small healthy changes to your diet can have a massive positive effect on your health, performance and well-being.
